Here is the weekly update from the æternity dev team.
Another week, another update. Learn what the dev team managed to accomplish in the last 7 days by skimming the bullets below.
- Started working on the next release that will expose some Oracle APIs to users. You will be able to try interacting with an æternity oracle soon.
- The team is busy working on the Naming Systems that are scheduled to be released within the next few weeks.
- The first draft of an æternity smart-contract specification is ready and is currently undergoing an internal review.
- A number of changes on the internals of the system were implemented. For example, optimizing in-memory tree data structures and switching HTTP API to base58 encoding to make the system faster and more secure.
